However, WP does not offer sunglass clip ons, which I pretty much cannot live without. Thankfully the lens just pops out. Do you have any thoughts on where to find empty frames to which I could simply glue or tape the lens? Note that the lens is a single piece of plastic, so a replacement frame would have to be some sort of simple bar. Alternatively, I Oakley Sunglasses Outlet wouldn be averse to buying different glasses that also block light wavelengths below 550nm. I selected these particular Uvex glasses specifically because the spectral transmission curve shows a sharp drop at around 550 560nm. About me/the trip: Visiting multiple countries (Latin America) Don like to carry around much extra stuff Will be outdoors in the sun and beach/water, running around, being active. Recently I have been trying to get back into wearing contacts. The main advantage I see is that rather than needing to carry around prescription sunglasses normal glasses everywhere, I will only need sunglasses, and they don even need to be prescription, thus giving me more options. But, I am realizing various potential problems with traveling with contact lenses: the lenses and fluid take up a lot of space in my bag they require a certain degree of conscientiousness and I lazy (plus might not remember to take them out at the end of a long day) |
