Julio Cesar's time with Toronto FC has come to an expected end. Parent club QPR has recalled the Brazilian goalkeeper ahead of the English Premier League season, ending Cesar's loan stint in MLS. Cesar is now expected to compete with incumbent No. 1 Rob Green for newly promoted QPR. Joe Bendik, who spelled Cesar for Toronto while he was at the World Cup, is likely to keep the position for Nelsen's men.
