Aston Villa boss Paul Lambert has been fined £8,000 by the Football Association for his rant at the officials after his side's 2-1 Premier League defeat at Chelsea in August KD 6 Shoes Sale Online.

The Scot was incensed after Villa were denied a penalty when the ball appeared to strike John Terry's arm as he challenged Gabby Agbonlahor, while he also claimed Branislav Ivanovic should have been sent off for an elbow on Christian Benteke.

Ivanovic then went on to score Chelsea's winner, leaving Lambert questioning the performance of referee Kevin Friend, and suggesting the decisions would have gone in the Blues favour had the boot been on the other foot.

Lambert said after the match at Stamford Bridge: "It’s a sending-off, it is there for everybody to see. He (Ivanovic) clearly elbowed Christian predator lz football boots 2013.

"The penalty was a penalty, everybody saw that. Gabby has won the header and it has hit John's hand. I'm pretty sure if it had been down the other end, it would have been given.

Now the Villa boss has been hit with a fine by the FA.

A statement on the FA's website read: "Following an Independent Regulatory Commission hearing, Aston Villa manager Paul Lambert has been fined £8,000 in relation to post-match media comments he made after his side’s game against Chelsea on 21 August 2013.

"The misconduct charge, which Lambert admitted, was that the comments implied the match referee was motivated by bias; and/or brought the game into disrepute, in contravention of FA Rule E3(1)."
