The Coyotes are 4-2-0 on the season after winning three straight to close a season-high five-game road trip. Phoenix began the swing with losses to San Jose and the New York Islanders before beating Detroit, Philadelphia and Carolina. Rob Klinkhammer scored twice to help the Coyotes claim a 5-3 win against the Hurricanes on Sunday. Klinkhammers second goal of the night proved to be the game winner. Early in the third with the score tied at 3-3, Klinkhammer gained control of the puck in his own end and raced down the right wing, beating Cam Ward with a shot to the short side just 22 seconds into the period. "I just try to be reliable," Klinkhammer said. "I dont do anything fancy." Shane Doan had a goal and an assist while Lauri Korpikoski and Mikkel Boedker also scored for the Coyotes.
