France secures first Eurobasket title; Spurs' Tony Parker among champs
France won its first Eurobasket title with an 80-66 victory over Lithuania in Ljubljana on Sunday Cheap Lebron X Shoe Sale Online.

Lithuania took a three-point lead in the first quarter, but Vincent Collett's men fought their way back into the game. By the halfway point, France had turned that deficit into a 16-point lead.
