left elbow and hurt his left wrist in the crash,  发帖心情 Post By:2015-2-24 11:16:32

MEMPHIS, Tenn. Jerseys Cheap Basketball . -- Zach Randolph has been one of the few constants for a Memphis Grizzlies team thats been rocked by a steady string of injuries to key players. And the big man was at it again on Monday night, scoring 22 points, grabbing 10 rebounds and even dishing a season-high seven assists in the Grizzlies 104-94 victory over the Utah Jazz. "We go as our leader goes," Memphis guard Tony Allen said. "He carried us today." But he also had plenty of help from a bench that scored 51 points. Jerryd Bayless scored all 17 of his points in the second half while Mike Miller added 15 and Jon Leuer 11. The Jazz were so worried about Randolphs ability down low that they strayed from the Grizzlies 3-point shooters. That proved to be a costly mistake. Memphis shot 11 of 20 (55 per cent) from 3-point range, using timely shots to brush back all of Utahs rallies. Bayless, Miller and Leuer were a combined 8 of 10 from long range. "Im impressed," Memphis coach Dave Joerger said. "We just kept coming harder for longer stretches of time. We kept the turnovers down, which gives us some shots. We got some offensive rebounds. I think our mistakes are glaring at this point. The reason that they are glaring is because there are fewer and fewer of them." Memphis (12-15) has won two in the row after losing a season-high five straight. Bayless hit two 3-pointers in a row, one at the end of the third quarter and the other at the beginning of the fourth, to help the Grizzlies push out to an 80-71 lead. Utah (8-23) was led by Trey Burke and Richard Jefferson, who each scored 18 points. Gordon Hayward added 16 points, 11 rebounds and nine assists. Derrick Favours also scored 16. Utah made several runs to keep the game close, but never led after late in the first quarter, when the Grizzlies went on an 11-0 to turn a 21-18 deficit into a 29-21 advantage. "I thought the effort was there. Were trying," Utah coach Tyrone Corbin said. "We had some lulls in there, but the guys are fighting, and, as a result, we had chances in the ballgame. We just couldnt get over the hump." The Grizzlies pushed out to a 41-29 lead by midway through the second quarter, but nearly lost it before recovering for a 53-48 halftime lead. Randolph led all scorers with 12 first-half points while Burke had 11 for the Jazz. James Johnson -- a 6-foot-9 forward who the Grizzlies signed last week from the D-League -- once again received extensive playing time. He started his second straight game and played 33 minutes, contributing nine points, five rebounds, four blocks and a constant stream of energy. He swatted Haywards 3-point attempt into the seats just before the end of the first quarter and jammed Jeffersons layup attempt back in his face in the third quarter. Both blocks received huge cheers from the bench. The Grizzlies need all the energy they can get these days while trying to weather a steady stream of injuries. Tayshaun Prince sat out a third straight game because of a sore left knee. Randolphs seven assists were one short of a career high. It proved too much for Utah to overcome. The game signalled the end of a long road trip for the Jazz, which spanned 4,684 miles and five games over eight days. "Their bench played extremely well, and we just didnt match that energy they had especially in the second half," Jefferson said. NOTES: Memphis F Jon Leuer made 1 of 2 3-point attempts, which actually dropped his season mark to 14 of 26 (53.8 per cent). Leuer has scored in double figures in eight of his last nine games ... Tony Allen was called a technical foul in the third quarter after shoving Utahs John Lucas III. ... The Grizzlies improved to 6-10 at FedExForum. Jerseys Cheap Online . Bouchards high stick hit Blue Jackets winger Matt Calvert in the face following a faceoff in the Wilds 4-2 season-opening victory over Columbus. Calvert lost teeth and needed stitches on his lip but returned and got an assist in the third period. Cheap Nike Green Bay Packers Jerseys . A CFL source told TSNs Matthew Scianitti that Smith will re-sign with the Toronto Argonauts.LILLE, France -- Marcel Kittel sprinted to his third stage victory at the Tour de France on Tuesday, while defending champion Chris Froome had a scare in a crash that scuffed up his left side and wrist before a tough day ahead on cobblestones. Astana team leader Vincenzo Nibali of Italy, who kept the yellow jersey, decried a "crazy race" in the 163.5-kilometre (101-mile) Stage 4 along the Belgian border as cyclings big event entered France after a wildly popular three-day start in England. Unlike his wins in Stages 1 and 3, when he made victory look easy, Kittel eked out victory by a half-wheel length at the end of the ride from Le Touquet-Paris Plage to Lille Metropole. Kittel, of the Giant-Shimano team, didnt celebrate this time but panted and, instead, it was runner-up Alexander Kristoff of Norway who swatted the air in frustration after being pipped at the line by the barrelling German. French rider Arnaud Demare was third. After a difficult day because of crosswinds and jumpy nerves in the peloton, Kittel said of his seventh career Tour stage win, "Its never easy ... (I was) lucky just enough at the finish line." Froome, the Team Sky leader, fell early in the stage after a rider bumped another into the Britons front wheel. He got up, got bandaged, and got back to the pack. Afterward, team boss Dave Brailsford said Froome would undergo X-rays as a precaution. Slovak star Peter Sagan also went down in a spill, and he too recovered to finish. "It was a crazy race," said Nibali, describing how his team informed him through his earpiece about Froomes mishap, and went back to see whether he was OK. Froome responded, "more or less," according to the Italian. Froome went straight into the team bus aand didnt speak to reporters after the stage. Cheap Nike Indianapolis Colts Jerseys. He skinned up his left knee, left elbow and hurt his left wrist in the crash, and was treated by race doctor Florence Pommerie before rejoining the peloton. She told French TV the injuries were mostly superficial and amounted to "essentially a few scratches." Froome and two-time champ Alberto Contador are among 20 riders who trail Nibali by two seconds. Christian Meier of Langley, B.C., finished tied for 132nd in the stage, 79 seconds back. Svein Tuft, also from Langley, was 2:51 behind the stage winner in a tie for 164th place. Overall, Meier holds the No. 141 position, nearly 19 minutes off the lead. Tuft is just behind in 144th. An aching wrist could mean pain ahead for Froome. The peloton rolls over nine patches of bumpy cobblestones on Wednesday, which could make for a joint-jarring ride and prevent him from keeping his hands on the handlebars. Many race experts believe Wednesdays 155.5 kilometres (97 miles) from Ypres, Belgium, to Arenberg Port du Hainaut, France, could offer the first big shakeout among the contenders because of the treacherous cobblestones. "Tomorrow, we just have to make it through the day," Nibali said. "Lets hope its not raining." Before the fourth stage, 2010 winner Andy Schleck dropped out because of a crash injury a day earlier. On Sunday, British sprinter Mark Cavendish quit the race after crashing in the final sprint in Stage 1 and damaging his right shoulder. Kittel has already acknowledged that his job is easier without Cavendish in the race. The Giant-Shimano rider is not a threat for the yellow jersey: Kittel is not a good climber, and lost nearly 20 minutes to Nibali in an up-and-down Stage 2. cheap nfl jerseys cheap jerseys ' ' '
